goo1 Terms & Conditions — Prerequisites for Using the Service

1 General Provisions

goo1 is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, and various other gaming experiences for users in Bangladesh. These terms form a binding agreement between goo1 and its users.

• These terms apply to: the goo1.bar website, related applications, and all services.
• goo1 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the site after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• These terms, written in English, form the basis of the effective agreement with customers.
• No goo1 employee or representative may verbally make any promise beyond these terms.

2 Account Registration & Use

To enjoy services on goo1, creating a personal account is required. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login details must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Using someone else's account or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Any changes to the information provided at registration must be reported to our support team immediately.
• goo1 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

goo1 is a responsible gaming platform. Our services are available only to those aged 21 or above.

• At the time of account creation, you must declare that you are at least 21 years of age.
• goo1 may request government-issued identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence) at any time to verify age and identity.
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
• Providing false age or identity may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

goo1 supports transactions through popular mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes, though it may take longer during verification.
• The deposit source and withdrawal destination must use the same payment method (to ensure security).
• goo1 reserves the right to suspend transactions in cases of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Deposits from or in the name of a third party are not accepted.
• goo1 does not charge any additional fees for transactions, however your bank or mobile app may apply its own charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

goo1 offers bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus:

• A 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

Wagering Requirement:

• Bonus funds are used from the betting balance; withdrawals cannot be made until wagering is complete.
• Bonus claims made through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will be cancelled and the associated account may be suspended.
• goo1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, and other gaming services on goo1 are governed by the following rules.

• Once a bet is placed it cannot be cancelled, unless goo1 cancels it due to a specific technical error.
• goo1 reserves the right to void any transaction resulting from a technical error or system failure.
• The game provider's own rules also apply (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.).
• For sports betting, results will be determined according to the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set by goo1 and may vary by game and event.
• In case of a dispute over a bet or game result, goo1's decision shall be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities will result in immediate account termination and the balance may be forfeited.

• Creating and operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Artificial betting to fulfil bonus conditions (betting on both sides, arranged bets, etc.).
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorised access to goo1's systems.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users on the platform.
• Betting or gaming using a third party's funds.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
